The sheets were clean
You had to pay to watch tv, the room was basic and not worth the price.
I was very unhappy with the stay. The bathroom was small, the tub didn't drain appropriately, you had to pay just to watch tv and the room itself was not anything great for what I paid for it.

The room was comfortable, clean, and large enough for our portable crib.
Not enough parking and getting in and out of the parking lot is a little tricky depending on which way you go.
The Holiday Inn was great, the staff was friendly and the checking in and out was quick and efficient. I would stay at a Holiday Inn again because it's a great value for what you get.

It was clean and offered on site dining.
The front end manager was not polite and courteous.
It was clean and offered amenities such as a hairdryer, television, room service and on-site dining for breakfast, lunch & dinner. It was easily accessible off of the highway.

Bed was quite comfortable and that's important.
Having to wait at the front counter while being ignored by the desk clerk on the phone.
Accommodations are fine. The hotel needs to brush up on customer skills regarding how quickly customers are greeted upon arrival. After all, they are in the hospitality business.

Clean, staff friendly and prompt results with any requests.
Dining room only open for breakfast, other meals in lounge which was quite noisy.
Hard to find from rte 495 and hard to get back to rte 495, had to make u-turns to get in and out of entrance and I consider that unsafe. Also would have liked to have a quiet dinner in the restaurant instead of the lounge (bar). Otherwise the stay was very nice. Elevator a bit slow and creaky. ...read more

The Exterior and the room interior are relatively new, but the lobby and surround are old.
